The University of Calgary - CNRL Engineering Complex Renovation and Expansion
The Canadian Natural Resources Ltd Engineering Complex consists of five linked “blocks” built between 1964 through 1979 configured in an inverted “U” around a south-facing courtyard. GGA led an integrated consultant team to create a Master Plan for the renewal, expansion and final reconfiguration to deliver a “multi-modal learning environment” supporting its program of civil/mechanical/electrical/computer/chemical engineering research and pedagogical excellence for the next 50 years.
