This high-rise rental apartment project embodies many of the principles outlined in Calgary’s Municipal Development Plan and in the Beltline ARP, including: inclusion of live work units; suites on the lane; pedestrian scaled street side interface; provision of a publicly accessible plaza; high quality durable materials; and sustainable features including green roofs and rainwater harvesting for irrigation.

The design of the suites is particularly innovative with units designed to suit the young urban professional rental market. Open living, kitchen and dining areas create a sense of spaciousness while very efficiently designed bedrooms allow overall floor areas to be kept to a minimum.
