This project consisted of the modernization of an existing three-storey sandstone building (built in 1911), and gymnasium (built in the 1950's), that is currently operating as a kindergarten through grade six facility. The project included a complete mechanical and electrical over-haul, introduction of barrier free design, new enclosed vaulted atrium to link existing structure and new gymnasium, and a redevelopment of space allocation.
