BMO Centre Expansion - Phase I & II

This addition brings much needed break out and meeting space to the Roundup Centre’s existing exhibit hall facility as well as a new 50,000 sq ft exhibit hall. The building image is based on turn of the 19th century exhibit hall and train station architecture.

The second phase of expansion adds one more 50,000 sq ft exhibit hall, new prefunction space north of the tradeshow space, additional meeting and administrative centre as well as associated back of house support space for event staging and storage. Renovations in the phase one expansion have created a new public walkway linking the original Roundup Centre with the phase I and II expansions as well as the new Casino.
