The new campus was designed to provide a state-of-the-art work environment suited to the unique attributes of ATCO’s team. The open and day-lit office buildings provide for a flexible and collaborative workspace which will accommodate ATCO’s project-based work style. The buildings high performance façade design features floor to ceiling glass allowing for commanding exterior views, while articulating shading devices and sweeping overhangs which control light and glare.

The ATCO ‘Commons’ serves as the foyer, living room, dining room and kitchen to the campus. Nestled between the office buildings and located within the central leaf shape, this day lit space serves as the nexus of the campus interconnecting multiple spaces at a variety of levels. Housed within the Commons is inviting seating and dining areas grouped around gas lit fireplaces, as well as culinary instructions at the notable ATCO Blue Flame Kitchen Café and Learning Centre, ATCO branding exhibits and an outdoor barbeque terrace.
