ATCO Park
The design of ATCO’s new Calgary Corporate Campus is a showpiece & community anchor. It is comprised of an iconic central amenity building “The Commons” & flanked by two four-storey office buildings. The project totals 21,210 m2 of new development. Prior to this development, ATCO was located in numerous buildings throughout Calgary. ATCO’s primary driver for developing a campus was to support a single ATCO identity, rather than a gathering of business units: a single culture, and a single team, with a central community space shared by all members of the firm and the wider community- welcoming the public into the Commons building.
