We are committed to building places for people to lead healthy, meaningful lives in a sustainable and responsible environment. We work in an integrated manner with our clients, consultants and planners to understand develop sustainable strategies that are specifically conceived for each project.
We support the LEED accreditation of our staff and work with engineering teams who have been utilizing sustainable practices for many years. We see sustainability as a way of life.
GGA has completed several commissions achieving LEED® Certification, including Cardel Place with LEED Gold (the first LEED Gold project in Alberta) and The University of Lethbridge 1st Choice Savings Centre for Sport and Wellness that achieved LEED Silver. Gibbs Gage employs over 15 LEED accredited professionals who have the broad range of experience required to successfully complete the sustainable integration of building design – including design, production engineering and on-site verification. GGA is currently involved in over 12 LEED targeted projects.
