This independent seniors facility includes a 186 unit lodge and thirteen cottage units in a park like setting.

The design concept is derived from a prairie style craftsman aesthetic applied to both the exterior and the interior.  The program includes a wellness centre, bistro, salon, dining room and various resident amenities such as games room, lounges, a library and crafts room.
