The redesign of the 8^th floor was concentrated on achieving a space that encourages teamwork. Design features such as an exposed ceiling incorporated with feature lighting helped to develop a more upscale and intimate atmosphere. A creative staff lounge and breakout space were also included in the design to promote group interaction.
